I have read somewhere that it works but Apple prefer people to buy the expensive package because the upgrade from 10.4 to 10.5 was expensive and they don't want to be unfair on people who paid full price for 10.5. I'm trying to work out if I can I use the $29 update to go from 10.4 to 10.6. I cannot find the package on the online shop, and I'm not too keen on forking out $169 either. Apparently the upgrade is for 10.5 and that 10.4 users should by the package. I have read that I can buy some package deal included iLife and other stuff for $169 or an upgrade for $29. From what I understand I need to buy a physical disc to do this. I could not find 10.5 but I did find 10.6 (snow leopard). I have updated it to the latest version of Tiger but Unity tells me I need 10.5 (Leopard) or greater. I recently bought a intel mac mini running OS X Tiger. I am developing an Android game that I want to also release on iOS. I'm a mac novice so please excuse my ignorance if I have missed something.
